Generated appeal letters and documentation must be reviewed and approved by authorized clinical staff before submission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aerolib.ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees and pricing terms will be agreed upon in your service agreement. Payment terms, including billing cycles and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your contract. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerolib.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
